Q: Why do I have to register to see prices and place orders?
This site is intended for retailers only. When you register we review your information to make sure you are a retailer. We also want to be aware of all our customers and make sure you get the attention you deserve. Our wholesale pricing is for retailers only. Q: I would like to buy four pieces of a game but the system tells me I must order in multiples of six. Why?
We sell our toys in prepacked cartons. This enables us to keep our processing and handling streamlined and keep the cost to you lower.
Q: Is there a way to buy with a purchase order instead of a credit card?
Right now the only way to buy from our web site is with a credit card. If you would like to arrange for credit terms please send an email to toys@pressman-toy.com.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Q: Are your toys safe?
All of our products are produced from safe materials and have been extensively tested.
Q: How soon will you ship my order?
Orders generally ship within three business days of receipt. You will receive an email notice when your order ships.
Q: How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS. You can choose from several UPS options at checkout time.
Q: Is there a minimum Order?
There is no minimum dollar amount.
